Operations Manager - Holiday Homes
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all daily operations for a growing holiday home management company. The role includes managing check-ins/check-outs, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams, handling guest issues, supervising quality control, ensuring property readiness, and communicating with landlords when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations (guest issues, check-ins, check-outs)
Coordinate with cleaners, QC officer, and maintenance team
Ensure all properties are ready before guest arrival
Solve urgent operational problems
Supervise Guest Relations and ensure high communication standards
Provide daily reports to management
Liaise with landlords for operational updates
Improve guest experience and overall efficiency
Requirements
Experience in Holiday Homes in Dubai (mandatory)
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication
Ability to work under pressure
Strong coordination abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
