We are looking for a
dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager
to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth guest and owner experiences, and lead our operations team to success.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all operational aspects of the holiday homes portfolio, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
Manage check-in/check-out processes and coordinate with guests and field teams to ensure top-notch service delivery.
Supervise and schedule housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely property readiness.
Monitor and maintain property quality standards through regular inspections.
Collaborate with the reservations and sales teams to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Handle supplier coordination, inventory management, and operational cost control.
Ensure compliance with DTCM (Dubai Tourism) and other regulatory requirements.
Implement process improvements and operational strategies for efficiency and growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in operations or management within the
hospitality, property management, or holiday homes
sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of DTCM regulations and short-term rental operations in Dubai is a strong advantage.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
