Operations Specialist
with a strong
hospitality or hotel background
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth guest experiences across our premium properties.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services with precision and attention to detail.
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and property readiness.
Assist with fit-outs, furnishing setups, and on-site inspections.
Oversee inventory management
for linens, amenities, and property supplies.
Monitor vendor performance and uphold 5-star service standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or luxury property management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
UAE
driver's license preferred
(for site visits and property coordination).
Flexible to work weekends or evenings as needed.
