As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Responding to customer inquiries on booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com).
Welcoming guests during check-in and ensuring a smooth arrival experience when necessary.
Conducting inventory checks during check-in and check-out to ensure property readiness.
Verifying that each property is clean, well-stocked, and prepared for new guests post-cleaning.
Coordinating with various teams, including maintenance, cleaning, and laundry, to address any issues as they arise.
Maintaining accurate records of guests interactions and property conditions.
Assisting in the implementation of operational procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
Technical Qualifications
:
At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
A valid driver's license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, will be appreciated.
