- Oversee day-to-day production activities across all extraction and Rectification lines.
- Implement production plans and monitor output, efficiency, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
- Lead and develop the production team to meet organizational goals.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions.
- Ensure food safety practices across the system.
Lead and manage all on-site extraction activities (e.g., mining, drilling, processing, hauling).
Ensure optimal resource utilization and production efficiency.
Implement and monitor operational policies, processes, and best practices.
Oversee maintenance of equipment, plant, and infrastructure to minimize downtime.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with engineering, planning, logistics, and quality control teams.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Manage operational budgets, cost control, and resource planning.
Drive workforce performance and training initiatives to improve site productivity.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
(Master's degree or MBA is a plus.)
3+ years of experience in operations within the extraction or heavy industry sector, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of extraction processes, site operations, and production systems.
Proven leadership in managing large teams and remote operations.
Knowledge of HSE standards and environmental compliance in extraction industries.
Proficiency in operations software and reporting tools (ERP, CMMS, etc.).
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in automation or digital transformation in operations.
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics in remote or rugged environments.
