Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with top-quality standards.
Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources for operational efficiency.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
5-8 years of UAE construction industry experience, preferably with high-end projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of UAE regulations, labor laws, and safety protocols.
