About Our Client
The client is growing company in the luxury passenger transportation company working with the high-end hospitality and transportation client to provide luxury vehicle services- Manage end-to-end fleet operations of the vehicles- scheduling, delivery, routes etc.
- Lead a large of team of fleet operators and drivers
- Ensure timely payments , debt clearance and management of credit cycle
- Working closely with the management to drive initiatives and support expansion plans
The Successful Applicant
- Candidate should have at least 8+ years of relevant experience and should be working in a similar role
- Currently should be managing a minimum fleet size of 200+ vehicles
- Strong knowledge of the luxury transport industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team
- Well versed with data mining, using excel/any relevant ERP software to analyse performance, draw strategic insights and lead the operations
