Job Description
Assistant Operations Manager - leisure & entertainment industry - Manage FEC store operations for 2 locations - Sales forecasting based on previous statistics, current Market potential , monitoring & achieving sales targets - Develop operations systems for both outlets operations, develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures - Provide operational support and recommendations for strategic plans - Launch packages, memberships, marketing sales initiatives & promotions to drive incremental transaction value & spend per head - Facilitate improvement for the business by implementing procedures for procurement, redemption pay out , suitable product policy and ensuring best practices by ensuring reduced cost of operating - Train, motivate and educate staff on on standard operating processes, consultative selling etc Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
