What we expect from you:
  • Own the whole operations in Justlife, plan and coordinate our daily orders, ensuring the improvement of performance and productivity
  • Monitor customer experience from order placement through to service completion
  • Track and analyze various reports such as partner issues, operational failures, etc
  • Review the current booking operation and help the company set up new processes to streamline and improve the customer experience along with the professional and partner experience
  • Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure bookings are served
  • Connect with service teams and coordinators to ensure that communication and processes between teams and coordinators run smoothly
  • Major coordinator between the Commercial team and the various business units to receive constant updates throughout the execution process
  • Deal with all operational challenges to ensure bookings go smoothly
  • Inform the technology team about technical errors and bugs in the system
  • Manage a team of operations specialists, giving them regular input on their performance and helping with training as required
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • At least 3 years experience in managing a team
  • A candidate who is based in Dubai
  • Experience in using CRM tools
  • Competent with data management and analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Familiar with Freshdesk or similar ticketing solutions, POWER BI, or similar data display tools
  • Strong internal and external customer service orientation with deep and broad expertise in the front-to-back customer experience and the ability to describe things from a customer perspective
  • Ability to solve problems on the spot and to think from both the customer\'s and the crew member\'s perspective
  • Ready to hustle in extreme situations and ready to take on any challenges
