We are looking for an experienced

Operations Manager

with a strong background in the

construction industry

to oversee daily operations, manage project workflows, and ensure timely completion of all site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day construction operations and site activities Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines Manage workforce scheduling and resource allocation Monitor project progress and prepare operational reports Implement process improvements to enhance productivity

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the construction field Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously UAE experience is an advantage Ready to join immediately (preferred)
