Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the Central Kitchen operations for our growing chain of restaurants. You will play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly from food preparation to delivery. If you're organized, smart, and love working in food and restaurant operations, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Central Kitchen.
• Make sure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are always met.
• Work closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and delivery teams.
• Manage food production, inventory, and supplies efficiently.
• Control costs and reduce food waste.
• Train and guide team members to do their best work.
• Make reports and improve systems to run the kitchen better.

Qualifications

• Must be academically qualified (Hotel Management or similar field preferred).
• Proven experience in managing Central Kitchens for restaurant chains.
• Strong leadership and planning skills.
• Knowledge of food safety rules and kitchen operations.
• Good with numbers and team management.
• Clear communication skills and a hands-on attitude.
