Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Operations Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our
cloud kitchens and dine-in/outlet restaurants
specializing in and Middle Eastern cuisine. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth kitchen and service operations, implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), drive revenue growth, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations across multiple cloud kitchens and dine-in outlets.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health standards (HACCP, Dubai Municipality standards, etc.).
Manage kitchen and service staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control food costs and wastage.

Cloud Kitchen Optimization
Manage aggregator platforms (Talabat, Zomato, Deliveroo, etc.).
Coordinate with digital marketing for promotions and offers.
Monitor order preparation time, accuracy, and delivery efficiency.
3.
Menu & Quality Control
Work closely with the executive chef to maintain and evolve the Middle Eastern menus.
Monitor food quality and consistency.
Assist in menu engineering for profitability and variety.
4.
Customer Experience
Monitor customer reviews and feedback from dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
Implement service improvement plans to boost ratings and retention.
5.
Financial Oversight
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and P&L reports.
Analyze sales trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure financial targets are met without compromising quality.
6.
Compliance & Licensing
Ensure all legal, regulatory, and health licenses are valid and up to date.
Liaise with local authorities when needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in managing F&B operations, especially cloud kitchens.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with POS, inventory, and delivery aggregator systems.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates currently based in the UAE/GCC.
Experience working in high-volume kitchens and multi-brand concepts.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
