We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage our car rental division, garage operations, and vehicle buy & sell activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the automotive industry, and the ability to manage multiple departments efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high service standards, and maximizing profitability across all business sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations for car rental, garage services, and vehicle trading
Manage fleet logistics, scheduling, and vehicle availability
Coordinate garage workflow including repairs
Supervise staff, technicians, and drivers to ensure productivity and quality
Monitor vehicle acquisition, pricing, and resale performance
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and service standards before rental or sale
Handle customer service issues and operational problem-solving
Control operational costs and improve efficiency across departments
Maintain records, reports, and inventory management
Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive operations management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of car rental systems, garage processes, and vehicle trading
Ability to manage staff and multiple departments
Highly organized and results-driven
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Experience working with premium or exotic vehicles is an advantage
