Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all car auction operations from vehicle intake to final sale.
Implement and improve operational policies, workflows, and procedures.
Monitor daily performance, identify gaps, and execute corrective actions.
Coordinate vehicle inspection, valuation, documentation, and listing.
Lead and develop the operations team; conduct evaluations and training.
Ensure excellent customer service for both buyers and sellers.
Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and optimize stock turnover.
Ensure compliance with legal, industry, and safety regulations.
Coordinate logistics for timely vehicle movement to and from auction sites.
Prepare KPI reports and analyze data for operational improvements.
Support business growth initiatives and assist marketing when needed.
Manage operational budgets in coordination with the finance team.
