The Operations Manager oversees the complete execution of aluminum contracting projects from planning to handover. Responsible for managing engineering, production, procurement, logistics, installation, and manpower, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all operational activities including project planning, factory operations, procurement, logistics, and site execution.
- Manage day-to-day execution- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Ensure all project timelines, cost targets, and quality benchmarks are met.- Oversee resource planning, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor production schedules and factory performance.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify risks and take corrective action to avoid project delays or quality issues.
Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.- PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
Experience:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in aluminum or facade contracting, with at least 3 years in an operations or project management role.- Strong background in project execution, site operations, and facade system installation.- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
