This role offers a unique experience to be part of PC's journey, working within a startup environment and gaining valuable insights into the various facets of a growing business.
:
- Handle day to day operations in depth including attendance, escalations & other essentials.
- Conduct daily analysis, control supply & quality metrics to enhance customer experience.
- Manage professionals to ensure service professional happiness.
- Collaborate with multiple teams internally and externally for effective results.
- Devise performance improvement plans at partner or service professional level.
