Job Description

Operations In charge \xe2\x80\x93

Manage Goods Receiving, Goods Out.

Manage Shrink, Audit and Stock take / Stock counting processes.

Co-develop and execute shrinkage action plan.

Ensure adherence to SOP.

Ensure all merchandize in back store is kept as per predefined norms.

Ensure Shortage, Excess, Damages are processed daily as per SOP.

Manage all the inventory in-out documentations.

Schedule task and ensure tools and consumables in place.

Manage Stockroom standards.

Manage Omni Operations.

Replenish from stock room to sales floor.

Manage instore Customer Service and Queries.

Manage Availability of trolley, shopping bag, staff, security & housekeeping.

Staff Training & Development

Support the Business Manager in planning the overall ROTA plan for the Operations Team - Manage the staff headcount availability during Peak/Non-Peak Timings

Qualification

Graduate / High School with Diploma (Retail/Business Administration)

English - Fluent (read, write, and speak)

4 - 5 Years in a Retail/Customer Management Role

Basic MS office

Ability to engage and communicate with Senior Leaders.

Results oriented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

The ability to coach and develop others.

Strong team player.
