We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Operations in Charge for a real estate company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our operational processes. The individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the real estate business, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all operational aspects within the real estate company, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Identify, develop, and implement operational best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity in real estate operations.
• Lead and supervise operational teams, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures. Provide guidance and support for the team\'s success.
• Efficiently manage human resources, technology, and budget to achieve operational objectives and enhance overall performance.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient operational processes and addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal guidelines, and company policies in all operational activities.
• Generate reports on operational performance, conduct analysis, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in real estate business operations, encompassing sales, property management, and market trends.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing and leading operational teams, fostering a positive work environment, and achieving business objectives.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role in UAE
• Ability to think strategically and make informed operational decisions aligned with company goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving operational challenges efficiently and effectively.
• Capability to analyse operational data and derive insights to enhance business performance.
