Job Overview:

We are looking for an

experienced and highly organized Project Head

to lead our

Interior Fit-Out projects

from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have

minimum 10 years of UAE experience

in the fit-out/interior contracting industry, with a proven ability to manage high-end commercial and residential projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee complete

project lifecycle

including planning, execution, handover, and post-completion support Lead

site teams

, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met Coordinate with

clients, consultants, and internal teams

for smooth project delivery Monitor

budgets, timelines, procurement, and manpower

resources effectively Ensure

quality control

, safety compliance, and adherence to local authority regulations Troubleshoot project risks and provide timely resolutions to maintain progress Prepare

project reports, schedules, and documentation

for internal and client use Support business operations by contributing to process improvements and team mentoring

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

10 years of experience in UAE

in

Interior Fit-Out / Joinery Project Management

Strong technical knowledge of

interior materials, methods, and project execution

Proven track record in handling multiple high-value interior fit-out projects Excellent

leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively UAE driving license is preferred
