To follow the activation process as per the policy, by checking all documents required and biometrically verifying the customer.
Ensure to send day end activation report of the status of the leads & produce to management as per the standard format.
Proactively demonstrate services & support to Partners.
Respond to partners, finding the correct answers by consulting systems and other records
Adhere to Etisalat standards in all activities and tasks
To have knowledge on preparing sales report and Presentation.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (words. excel etc.) to support in maintaining records, report. Presentation. Etc.
has excellent Technical Support: Providing daily processing device support, which is essential for preventing technical disruptions that can lead to operational delays.
