Role Summary
Lenovo is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead sales operations, P&L management, and business cadence across our regional team in Dubai. What You'll Do

• Manage P&L by forecasting revenue, gross profit, and financial performance against business goals
• Collaborate with Finance to build annual budgets and quarterly outlooks, identifying risks and driving corrective action
• Design and implement sales target models, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks across teams
• Run operational cadences like QBRs, forecast calls, and performance reviews to ensure execution and agility
• Lead data-driven forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance dashboards to inform strategic decisions
• Optimize tools and systems such as CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Tableau, and Power BI for reporting automation
• Align closely with Supply Chain teams on sales forecasting, inventory planning, and delivery execution
• Support Sales Leadership by delivering insights to shape go-to-market strategy and resourcing
• Conduct root-cause analysis of underperformance and translate insights into practical solutions
• Partner with Marketing to assess lead flow, campaign ROI, and demand generation effectiveness

Ideal Profile

• 5-7+ years of experience in sales operations, financial operations, or business performance
• Proven experience with P&L management, budgeting, and margin optimization
• Advanced proficiency in CRM tools, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfortable designing performance metrics, managing sales targets, and driving operational cadence
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with logistics, marketing, and finance teams
• Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems using data
• Clear communicator with executive-level storytelling and presentation abilities
