TruKKer is looking for a Operations Executive. This role will report to Operations Manager, and work closely with Business and Sales teams to deliver the best experiences and business outcomes possible through leveraging technology and driving both product and business metrics around business problems that we have. Job functions of a Operations Executive in KSA:- Facilitate customer order requirements and coordinate with trucking companies to ensure on time.
- Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates.
- Assisting in the execution of inbound and outgoing deliveries.
- Respond to any issues or complaints with zeal.
- Ground operation specialist solely managing POD collection, handing waybills.
- Coordination and sourcing of drivers.
- 2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience into Operations, Coordinating with Drivers
- Ensuring Timely Sourcing of Trucks
- Ensuring Collections of POD on time
