Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Operations Executive

to support the day-to-day operational functions of our supermarket group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating store activities, maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating communication between departments to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring the daily functions of multiple supermarket branches. Coordinate with store supervisors to ensure smooth implementation of promotions, pricing, and stock replenishment. Monitor inventory levels, support stock audits, and report discrepancies. Ensure hygiene, safety, and company standards are maintained across all locations. Compile daily/weekly operational reports from stores for management review. Address store-level operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary. Liaise with logistics, purchasing, HR, and IT teams to resolve cross-functional challenges. Assist in new store openings and setup by coordinating resources and timelines. Track and monitor equipment and maintenance requests from stores. Ensure staff compliance with operational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in retail/supermarket operations or a similar field (UAE experience preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus). Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and report generation. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to travel to different store locations within the UAE when required.

Working Conditions:

6-day work week (shifts as per operational need) Role may require occasional travel to store locations across the UAE
