to join our dynamic Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property operations and a proven track record in handling Owners Association communications and service charge-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise effectively with Owners Associations on operational matters and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with
ADREC
(Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre) and
Service Charge Auditors
to manage and support service charge audits.
Handle budget preparation, reviews, and secure necessary approvals.
Assist in managing property operations in line with local regulations and best practices.
Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and resolution of operational issues.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a real estate operations role, particularly with Owners Association coordination.
Hands-on knowledge of ADREC procedures and service charge audit workflows.
Strong understanding of budget processes and regulatory compliance in the UAE real estate sector.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE real estate sector.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
