Role summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operation Executive to handle workforce deployment, client coordination, and daily field Operations. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proactive, customer-focused, and preferably hold a valid UAE driving license.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate deployment of manpower to various client sites
- Liaise with clients for daily operational requirements
- Track attendance, duty schedules, and worker performance
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with HR and Sales teams
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years of operational experience in manpower or facility management
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and visa requirements
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Holds Valid UAE Driving License
