Auto Finance Operations Executive - Al-Futtaim Group - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
The Auto Finance Operations Executive supports the business by maximizing approval rates for auto finance brokerage, in-house lending, and leasing transactions. The role ensures end-to-end coordination of operational processes, strict adherence to internal guidelines and UAE regulations, and smooth execution of financing and leasing contracts from pre-screening to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for auto finance and leasing transactions involving banks, in-house finance teams, Hertz, and dealership partners
• Perform pre-screening activities, account and entity creation, and validation of customer data and documentation
• Review submissions against basic credit parameters prior to bank or internal credit submission
• Coordinate bank placements, follow-ups, and approvals while tracking turnaround times against agreed SLAs
• Validate LOIs and LPOs, generate lease agreements and annexures upon approval, and follow through until vehicle delivery
• Issue contracts and support loan booking activities in line with approved terms
• Communicate approval outcomes, feedback, and required corrections accurately to showroom managers
• Maintain MIS reports, track errors, conduct hygiene checks, and highlight recurring issues
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, Al-Futtaim Finance guidelines, and internal SOPs
• Maintain accurate records in systems and tracking sheets
• Develop understanding of partner bank and internal credit policies to challenge declines or excessive documentation requests
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvement opportunities

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in retail or consumer banking, financial services operations, retail credit, or auto finance coordination
• Prior exposure to auto sales processes at dealer level is highly advantageous

Skills Set
