Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of holiday homes and ensure compliance with local authority regulations
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
Ensure all properties are guest-ready prior to arrivals
Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance activities
Monitor property condition and ensure timely issue resolution
Maintain high guest satisfaction and service standards
Requirements:
Valid Holiday Home / Property Management License (as per local authority regulations)
Valid UAE driving license
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Holiday Homes or Property Management
Strong knowledge of holiday homes regulations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong guest service orientation
