The Operations Executive - FMCG is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of supply chain, inventory, logistics, and store operations. The role involves coordinating with various departments, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely availability of FMCG products to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily operational activities within the FMCG division.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Support procurement and vendor management processes.
Ensure smooth logistics and distribution of products to retail outlets/customers.
Track sales and operational performance, preparing reports for management.
Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to streamline processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and legal requirements.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
Support in planning promotions, new product launches, and seasonal demand management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in FMCG operations, supply chain, or logistics.
Strong knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and distribution processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
