Job Title: Sales & Operations Executive - Premium Canned Meat Products (Dubai)

About Us:

We are a new Dubai-based company importing premium canned chicken and duck products from Slovakia. Our products are free-range, hormone-free, GMO-free, and contain no artificial ingredients, flavors, or preservatives. With a 1-year shelf life at 25C, our line includes ready-to-eat chicken and duck breast, liver, pate, and flavored mixes -- designed for airlines, hotels, restaurants, athletes, and health-conscious consumers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Sales & Operations Executive with direct experience in the UAE F&B market. The ideal candidate already knows the competition, has contacts in the industry, and can generate sales from day one. This role combines sales, account management, and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Drive B2B sales with airlines, hotels, restaurants, nutrition shops, and diet clinics. Launch and manage B2C channels (Noon, Amazon, social media-linked sales). Restock and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms. Handle inbound shipments from Slovakia and manage cold storage inventory. Build relationships with nutritionists, athletes, influencers, gym coaches, and dieticians. Monitor competitors' pricing, products, and market positioning. Negotiate agreements and close distribution deals. Represent the company at industry and consumer events (sports, wellness, family/parenting expos).

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the UAE FMCG / food & beverage sector. Strong network in airlines, hotels, restaurants, or nutrition/fitness channels. Knowledge of competitor products and pricing. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). UAE driving license preferred.
