Reports to: E-Commerce Manager
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
JOB PURPOSE:
To drive the recruitment and conversion of the brand online, encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
To adapt/enrich the brand strategy to the E-Com reality
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and adapt the brand strategy for the E-Com execution
Ensure an excellent online user experience and customer journey on all e-commerce platforms: design & aesthetics; content; navigation; platform performance
Work on e-retail activation plan in line with marketing calendar
Build and adapt brand and product content for e-retailer engagement
Own e-retail merchandising execution
Own online sampling activity
Adapt the SEO strategy and implementation
Consolidate and analyze e-commerce KPIs and media campaigns (conversion rate, traffic, bounce rate) for business insight
Be the main point of contact for brands on E-Retail topics
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate who has experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on E-commerce
Strong Operational Marketing profile from FMCG background who is capable of building detailed activity plans
Experience with E-commerce platforms would be ideal
Collaborative and able to work between Sales & Marketing to build the right plan
Strong analytical skills and willing to learn
