Budgeting:
Track expenses, process invoices, and reconcile event budgets.
On-Site Execution:
Oversee setup, check-in, registration, staffing, and teardown; act as the point person for issues.
Planning & Coordination:
Create timelines, runs of show, checklists, and coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance).
Attendee Experience:
Manage registration, communications, and attendee support.
Process Improvement:
Conduct post-mortems, gather feedback, and update operational processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 10 years of experience, included 1-2 years of experience in events' field .
Ability to connect creative output to business outcomes.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple events.
Fluency in English is a must.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
