Job Description
Job Title: Health Operations Director
Salary: AED 40k 50k per month
Location: UAE We're hiring a strategic and experienced Health Operations Director to lead and optimise healthcare operations across multiple facilities. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in improving service delivery, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring efficiency and high-quality care. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and staff performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance patient satisfaction. Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across all units. Collaborate with clinical teams and external stakeholders. Analyse data and report to executive leadership. Requirements: Bachelors in Healthcare or Business Administration (Master's preferred). 12+ years' experience in healthcare operations, including leadership roles. Strong understanding of regulatory standards and healthcare systems. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in healthcare information systems.
