Handle incoming maintenance calls, emails, and service tickets.
Dispatch technicians or vendors based on urgency and service type.
Monitor and track work order progress to ensure timely completion.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients on open issues.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance requests.
Escalate critical issues to appropriate personnel or management.
Maintain accurate records in CMMS or work order management system.
Support daily operations with scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma
1-3 years in operations, dispatch, or customer service, preferably in facility management or maintenance.
Experience with CMMS or service ticketing systems is an asset.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and basic IT tools.
Reliable, organized, and customer-focused.
