Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations related to soft and hard facility management services.
Schedule and assign work orders to technicians and vendors based on urgency and priority.
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Follow up with internal teams and vendors to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
Prepare and send service reports, updates, and feedback forms to clients.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service delivery and performance.
Update and maintain CAFM systems, spreadsheets, and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the facility management or Maintenace sector.
strong communication in English
Experience working in the UAE is preferred.
