We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator - Transguard Kitchen Maintenance Solutions to join our Kitchen Maintenance & Transguard Living Team in our HQ, located in Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope
To coordinate the technical team day to day, supporting with parts, scheduling, quotes & invoicing \xe2\x80\x93 using software applications and telecommunications to do so.
Responsibilities
Able to utilize CAFM system and coordinate technical team, accordingly, provide reports to customers on various KPI\xe2\x80\x99s around this
Daily interaction between technical team and management team - ensuring any open jobs are communicated to stakeholders
Liaise between operations team, suppliers, and customers \xe2\x80\x93 being a key point of contact within KMS operations
Schedule team to conduct PPM & reactive callouts on customers premises
Manage permits, access requirements and any customer specific requirements before work scheduling
Assist with procurement activities such as pricing and supplier identification
Assist with quotations to customers to resolve open jobs \xe2\x80\x93 assist with follow up for customers approvals
Any other support as required by management

Skills
Knowledge - Experience
5 years of experience in GCC region including 3 years in a similar position in the industry
1 year of experience in managerial/ supervisory role
