Coordinate daily schedules for pest control technicians and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Handle customer service requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all pest control operations comply with UAE municipality and public health regulations.
Monitor service quality and follow up on customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of services, technician reports, materials usage, and customer interactions.
Prepare job orders, service reports, and invoices in coordination with the finance team.
Coordinate with the procurement team for equipment and chemical stock management.
Maintain and update the CRM or job management system regularly.
Assist in training coordination, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
Liaise with sales and business development teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Prepare operational reports and support management in data analysis and planning.
Ensure all technicians are briefed, equipped, and certified as per legal and company standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably in pest control or FM (Facilities Management) industries in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE pest control regulations and municipality procedures (DM, ADM, etc.).
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of job scheduling software or CRM is a plus.
Excellent communication (English required; Arabic is a plus).
