We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced
Operations Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manpower outsourcing or construction, with proven expertise in labor mobilization, attendance management, and interdepartmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the
mobilization of labor workforce
across multiple project sites
Maintain accurate
attendance records
and ensure timely reporting
Liaise effectively with internal departments to facilitate smooth operational workflows
Support field operations with logistical arrangements and workforce updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of relevant UAE experience
in manpower outsourcing or construction
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with UAE labor procedures and site coordination practices
