Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day functioning of our business operations. The ideal candidate will assist in streamlining processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. Assist in planning and executing operational strategies and projects. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations. Liaise between departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management. Support procurement, logistics, and inventory management tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions. Assist in onboarding and training of new staff related to operational procedures.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
