Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Project / Operations Coordinator

to join our landscape contracting team

IMMEDIATELY

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project execution, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and site teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Prior experience in the UAE landscape industry will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Support in preparing project documentation, reports, quotations, and progress updates. Monitor material procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory management. Follow up on site progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager/Operations Head. Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications. Support the management team in budgeting, cost control, and invoice follow-ups. Handle coordination between office and site teams for manpower deployment and operational requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related field. Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

in project coordination or operations, preferably in the

UAE landscaping or construction sector

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. Knowledge of UAE market practices, suppliers, and regulations is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
