Key Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling and dispatching technicians & drivers.
Coordinate service execution, ensuring smooth operations.
Monitor job progress and update reports.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Support fleet and logistics planning for service efficiency.
Requirements:
3+ years in facility management or related field.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication.
Proficiency in MS Office, job tracking software is a plus.
Immediate joiners preferred.
