Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable EV Charging Station Valet to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and assisting customers with the parking of their electric vehicles (EVs) at the charging station while utilizing computer systems to monitor and manage the charging process. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers upon arrival at the EV charging station.

Direct and park EVs in available spaces, ensuring that vehicles are safely positioned for charging.

Utilize computer systems or digital platforms to monitor the charging status of vehicles.

Ensure the proper connection of EVs to charging stations, adhering to safety and operational guidelines.

Keep track of vehicle charging progress and communicate any delays or issues to customers.

Provide guidance and assistance to customers in using the charging stations, including handling any troubleshooting or system alerts.

Maintain a clean and organized charging station environment.

Handle customer inquiries, assist with reservation systems, and provide general information on EV charging.

Assist with the management of customer profiles and accounts within the system for billing and tracking purposes.

Ensure that all digital and manual records of vehicle parking and charging are up-to-date and accurate.

Report any technical malfunctions or issues with charging stations to the technical team.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling electric vehicles and charging equipment.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service, hospitality, or technology-related fields is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service or valet positions, ideally with exposure to electric vehicle operations.

Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with software applications, charging station monitoring systems, and digital platforms.

Basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ability to stand for long periods and assist with vehicle parking.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience working with EV charging stations or similar technology-driven systems.

Knowledge of vehicle types and their specific charging needs.

Experience in handling online booking or reservation systems for parking.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move items (up to 25 lbs) as needed.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,900.00 per month
