Workforce Operations Assistant Manager. (Local Hire Only) A leading manpower supply company, specializing in supplying and contracting cleaners and security guards seeking an Assistant Manager for the following responsibilities. . Maintaining staff attendance records. . Arranging & replacing absent staff. . Overlooking staff accommodations requirements. . Preparing staff rosters. . Dealing with customers and daily issues. . Oversee the performance of deployed staff. The candidate should meet the following criteria. . 2+ years of experience in HR, Administration, Management, or a related field . Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or an equivalent discipline . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. . Highly developed interpersonal, collaborative, and problem-solving skills . Supervisory experience and strong organizational skills are considered a plus. . Valid Driving license
