Job Summary: We are a new company promoted by Gee Bee Group, India (geebeegroup.in). Gee Bee Group is a family-owned and managed group involved in proprietary trading, ferro alloys manufacturing, and financing. We are looking for a competent and dynamic Company Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to understand and manage account management for IBKR (Interactive Brokers) and comply with local company regulations. The candidate must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to initiate contact and follow-up with suppliers, buyers, banks, and service providers. Additionally, the successful candidate must be willing to facilitate local tasks by physical presence, if required. The role will require the candidate to work from home for the next 1 year. The appointed person will be expected to understand, align with, and value-add to the group businesses so as to achieve group vision success. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Account Management of IBKR and create accounts for local filing
• Understand Local Company Management and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Initiate contact and follow-up with suppliers, buyers, banks, and service providers
• Facilitate local tasks by physical presence, if required
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by the company
• Understand, align with, and value-add to the group businesses so as to achieve group vision success

Requirements Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of local company regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work from home for the next 1 year
