Job Description
- Maintaining smooth and efficient operations of a center.
- Creating an environment that promotes team work and Maintaining discipline
- Ensure customer satisfaction by quick processing and addressing grievances.
- Gives assistance to staff to maximize productivity and reduction of non-productive time.
- Creation and maintenance of records.
- Creating maintaining and sharing the performance reports with Management/staffs.
- Ensuring inventory and requirements for smooth operations.
- Roistering staff and proper manning of staffs for Customer Service.
- Updates on self and staff on the BLS/Consulate of India/Embassy of India updates.
- Day end cash closing and reports
- Training on Customer Service, product and process.
- To be the first level escalation for the customer and employee grievances.
- Should be a graduate in any Discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Experience as a Supervisor for more than 5 years
- Working experience of Managing a team.
- Working experience in Customer Service
- Working experience in achieving team's targets
- Should be able to speak in Hindi fluently.

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 7 years (Preferred)
- Operations Management: 7 years (Preferred)
- achieving targets: 7 years (Preferred)
- Team Management: 7 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Hindi (Preferred)
