The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting daily office and operational activities. This includes handling documentation, coordinating with different departments, tracking inventories, and ensuring smooth workflow across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documents.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor inventory and arrange for office or project supplies when needed.
Support in scheduling meetings, logistics, and communication.
Handle data entry and maintain proper filing systems.
Assist management in following up on pending operational activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience in administration or operations.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
