We're Hiring - CRM Operations Administrator | Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI), Abu Dhabi

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role:

We are looking for a CRM Operations Administrator to join our team at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI).

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage CRM users, roles, policies, and configurations, ensuring smooth system operations and optimal user productivity across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

User Management: Create, update, and deactivate user accounts; manage access and permissions.

Roles & Policy Management: Define, assign, and maintain user roles, profiles, and security settings aligned with business requirements.

System Configuration: Configure and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and features to support daily business operations.

Operational Support: Handle BAU requests, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with technical teams or vendors for resolution.

Performance & Data Integrity: Monitor CRM performance, ensure data accuracy, and recommend improvements for efficiency.

User Enablement: Provide guidance and training to end users on CRM functionality and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in CRM Administration, Operations, or System Coordination.

Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.

Strong knowledge of user/role management, policies, and CRM configuration.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, workflow automation, and operational support.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously with high attention to detail

Multilingual Communication skills preferably Tagalog and English Speakers
