Job Description

Hiring Operations and Admin for IT(ELV) company.

3+ years experience

as operations and Admin in

IT/Technical industry,

preferably in UAE

1+ year

proven experiencein

inventory Management

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to work independently and managing office alone. Ability to handle office administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors. Must handle stock and schedule daily work routine. Basic knowledge in accounting and

tally prime

software. Knowledge of

VAT

and other UAE accounting standards and regulations. Must know

payroll

calculation. Basic knowledge in

Autocad

. Must be familiar with handling Government and legal documents. Excellent? communication and interpersonal skills. A valid

UAE driving license

is a plus. Candidates with

own visa

preferred Male candidates preferred.
