At Guildhall we are currently working with a dynamic and forward-thinking Real Estate Agency. They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operational Assistant to join their team in the Dubai office.

As a Real Estate Consultant with Guildhall, you will play a crucial role in sourcing high-quality residential properties for buying and selling across various cities. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new landlords to manage their premium properties. This role involves a blend of property sourcing, relationship building, and administrative tasks to support the Sr. Executive and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate residential properties for acquisition and sale in alignment with client requirements.
- Identify and establish relationships with high-profile landlords for property management services.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about real estate trends and opportunities in the specified regions.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Executive and team to achieve organizational goals.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the real estate department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate, with a focus on residential property sourcing and transactions.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai, the UK, Qatar, and Switzerland.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Own visa or spouse visa is a must. Guildhall will assist with visa arrangements for qualified candidates.
- Possession of a valid driving license is a plus.

Compensation:

- Salary: AED 8,000 - 12,000 per month (dependent on experience).
- Remote work with possible travel requirements.
- Bonus scheme to be discussed after 6 months of probation.
