Must have considerable work experience in the GCC (min 3-4 years), with a valid driving GCC LD license Young and energetic, and able to converse and write English fluently. (Hindi as an additional language is a bonus) Should be a graduate Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with associates. Must be strong-willed and confident in his demeanor Should be able to work under pressure and respond to emergencies as and when required Should have the caliber of troubleshooting Strong communication/Commanding skills. Shall be responsible for the daily deployment of vehicles and coordination with Drivers and laborers for day-to-day operations Responsibilities Coordinates the deployment of vehicles and labour continuously Coordination with clients regularly. Maintaining Daily reports Supervision of overall operational functions Obtaining gate passes & permits Complete a Job assessment before commencing work & monitor scheduled progress. Reporting structure to management. Check the status of maintenance and repair work on vehicles. Coordinate incoming work with the existing workload. Answer all calls and respond to complaints from the drivers Shall be responsible for the overall supervision of operational functions on a day-to-day basis Shall be responsible for job analysis and preparing a completion report Shall be responsible for preparing and maintaining day to day basis operational reports Shall be responsible for coordinating with the workshop supervisor for vehicle breakdowns Please send your resume/CV
