We are looking for an Operation Supervisor for Technical Works (MEP):
Has knowledge in MEP/ Technical Works.
Has knowledge in HVAC / AC installation, Repair and Maintenance.
Managing and leading a team of technical staff, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to optimize workflows.
Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
